This role serves as a senior engineering authority responsible for full\-stack architecture, complex software solutions, engineering standards, and technical mentorship. The ideal candidate has extensive experience across frontend, backend, cloud, and software architecture, with a strong ability to translate business requirements into secure, high\-performance digital solutions. Key Responsibilities * Lead the architecture, design, and development of complex full\-stack applications and platforms. * Define technical strategies, development standards, and engineering best practices. * Design scalable, maintainable, and secure software architectures across frontend, backend, and cloud environments. * Provide technical leadership and mentorship to software engineers and development teams. * Build and optimize modern web applications, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems. * Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, Architects, DevOps, Security, and business stakeholders. * Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical design assessments. * Drive application modernization, cloud adoption, and platform engineering initiatives. * Establish best practices for software quality, testing, security, performance, and maintainability. * Develop reusable frameworks, libraries, and engineering solutions. * Lead troubleshooting, debugging, and resolution of complex technical issues. * Improve developer productivity through automation, tooling, and engineering processes. * Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies. * Support CI/CD, DevSecOps, and cloud\-native development practices. * Contribute to technical roadmaps and long\-term engineering strategy.
