




**Key Duties \& Responsibilities** * Perform quantity take\-offs and measurements for civil, structural, architectural, and MEP works in accordance with approved drawings and specifications. * Support the preparation of detailed BOQs, cost estimates, and budgets for ongoing and upcoming projects. * Assist senior commercial team members during tendering stages, including inquiry preparation, pricing, and submission support. * Analyze subcontractor and supplier quotations and help prepare comparison sheets and cost summaries. * Monitor project expenditures by tracking material consumption, labor costs, and site progress against budgets. * Assist in the preparation of monthly progress valuations, variation orders, and cost reports. * Maintain organized records of measurements, contracts, change orders, and project\-related documentation. * Coordinate with site teams, procurement, and planning departments to ensure accurate cost and quantity reporting. * Support final account reconciliation and assist with project handover and close\-out documentation. **Education \& Experience** * Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. * 0–2 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, commercial management, or construction projects (internships and graduate training considered). * Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with AutoCAD and estimating/take\-off tools is preferred. * Fundamental understanding of measurement standards, cost control principles, and tendering procedures.
