Summary: Seeking a dedicated professional to oversee civil maintenance activities, inspect building structures, coordinate with contractors, and ensure compliance with safety and energy efficiency standards. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and energy efficiency standards Overseeing civil maintenance activities, including structural repairs, waterproofing etc · Inspecting building structures for signs of wear and tear. · Coordinating with contractors for major civil works. · Supervising the maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. · Troubleshooting and repairing equipment breakdowns. · Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and energy efficiency standards. · Coordinating with external service providers for specialized maintenance tasks. **Experience/ skill:** · Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering · Minimum 3 \- 5years of experience in building maintenance · Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations · Excellent problem\-solving and decision\-making skills · Strong leadership and communication skills Work Location: In person
