Accountable for on-site quality and project schedule **Site Operations Manager – Alumar Group** Alumar Group is hiring an experienced Site Operations Manager to oversee all site installation and fixing operations, from final measurement through project handover. This is a senior role managing fixing teams across multiple sites, coordinating with the factory and head office, and taking full accountability for on\-site quality and schedule. **What you'll do:** * Lead site meetings with clients, take final measurements, and confirm construction requirements * Coordinate with the factory to ensure measurements and installation dates are met * Manage and schedule fixers and transportation across multiple active sites * Take full responsibility for the quality of all fixed work at every site * Conduct quality control checks (sizes, fabrication, workmanship) and reject non\-compliant products with documentation * Follow up on critical materials (glass, sub\-contractors, third parties) to prevent delays * Conduct full site checks and manage smooth project handover to clients **What you need:** * Minimum 10 years experience in site operations/installation management (aluminium, glass, or façade/fit\-out contracting preferred) * Strong leadership managing multiple site teams and fixers simultaneously * Solid understanding of shop drawings, technical specs, and quality standards * Excellent coordination with factory, head office, clients, and sub\-contractors * Presentable, organized, clear communicator * Arabic and English preferred; valid driving license preferred Application Question(s): * Have you managed fixing/installation teams across multiple sites at the same time?
