**Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise, coordinate, and monitor all site **mechanical installation works** to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines. * Review and interpret **mechanical design, shop, and coordination drawings** to verify constructability and adherence to project standards. * Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of **HVAC systems, plumbing, drainage, fire fighting, and other mechanical services**. * Conduct inspections for **ducting, piping, insulation, supports, valves, and equipment installation** in accordance with QA/QC procedures. * Ensure all mechanical materials and equipment comply with **approved submittals, manufacturer data sheets, and project specifications.** * Monitor and manage **manpower, tools, and materials** to ensure efficient utilization and timely completion of work activities. * Coordinate closely with **Electrical, Civil, and Architectural teams** to resolve site interface and coordination issues. * Liaise with **consultants, clients, and project management** for site inspections, approvals, and technical clarifications. * Prepare and submit **daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports**, inspection requests, and material delivery logs. * Support the preparation of **method statements, risk assessments, and testing documentation** in line with project QA/QC and HSE procedures. * Oversee and participate in **testing and commissioning** of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems, ensuring proper operation and system balance. * Identify and report **design discrepancies, conflicts, or constructability issues**, proposing practical engineering solutions. * Ensure compliance with **project safety standards** and promote a strong **safety culture** among the workforce and subcontractors. * Participate in **coordination and progress meetings** with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives. * Maintain **accurate documentation and records** for inspections, tests, and system handover. **Qualifications \& Requirements:** * **Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering** from a recognized institution. * **8–12 years of experience** in site supervision, installation, and execution of mechanical systems in building services or infrastructure projects (**GCC experience preferred**). * Strong technical knowledge of **HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems**, including equipment selection and installation standards. * Proficient in **AutoCAD, MS Office**, and familiar with **Primavera P6 or MS Project** for scheduling and progress tracking. * Sound understanding of **international codes and standards** (ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, IPC, ISO). * Excellent **leadership, communication, and coordination skills** to manage site teams and subcontractors effectively. * Strong **analytical and problem\-solving abilities** to resolve technical and execution challenges. * Thorough understanding of **QA/QC processes, inspection protocols, and HSE regulations.** * **Prior GCC experience** and a **valid driving license** are highly preferred.
