




**Key Responsibilities:** * Lead and manage the on\-site execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to approved drawings, technical specifications, and project timelines. Oversee all construction activities including Civil, Structural, Architectural, and MEP works to ensure seamless coordination and high\-quality delivery. * Plan and allocate resources such as manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently to achieve daily and weekly targets. * Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and timely resolution of technical and site\-related issues. * Monitor project progress, conduct regular site inspections, and implement corrective actions to address delays or deviations. * Ensure strict compliance with project QA/QC standards, safety procedures, and company HSE policies across all construction activities. * Review and validate method statements, shop drawings, material submittals, and work sequences prior to execution. * Supervise and guide site engineers, supervisors, and foremen to maintain productivity, quality, and safety on site. * Liaise with procurement and planning departments to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment for uninterrupted progress. * Prepare and submit daily and weekly progress reports, manpower and equipment logs, and site correspondence. * Participate in progress meetings with the project management team, clients, and consultants to report updates and discuss technical or contractual issues. Control project costs by minimizing wastage, verifying work quantities, and supporting the preparation of interim valuations and variation claims. * Ensure coordination between various trades (civil, MEP, finishing) to avoid rework and achieve smooth project handover. * Support testing, commissioning, and final inspection activities to ensure that all works meet project and regulatory standards. * Promote teamwork, discipline, and a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the construction team. **Qualifications \& Requirements:** * **Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Structural, or Construction Engineering** (Diploma with extensive GCC experience may be considered). * **10–12 years of experience** in construction management, including **at least 5 years in a supervisory or leadership role** on large\-scale or high\-rise projects. * Proven experience in **site supervision, project execution, resource management, and coordination** across multiple trades. * Proficient in **AutoCAD, MS Office**, and familiar with **Primavera P6 or MS Project** for planning and progress tracking. * Strong understanding of **QA/QC standards, safety regulations, and international construction codes.** * Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills. * Strong problem\-solving and decision\-making abilities with a proactive, results\-oriented mindset. * **GCC experience** and a **valid driving license** are highly preferred.
