




**Key Responsibilities** * Assist in preparing accurate quantity take\-offs and measurements for Civil, Structural, and MEP works. * Support in preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQs) in line with project drawings and specifications. * Contribute to cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation under the supervision of senior QS staff. * Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations and assist in preparing comparison statements. * Monitor material usage, labor costs, and site progress to support cost control and reporting. * Assist in preparing interim payment applications, variations, and final account statements. * Maintain project cost records, contracts, and correspondence in compliance with company procedures. * Coordinate with engineers, procurement teams, and site staff to resolve measurement or cost\-related issues. * Provide support in identifying cost\-saving opportunities and improving efficiency. **Qualifications \& Skills** * Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related discipline. * 1–3 years of relevant QS experience (fresh graduates with internship experience may be considered). * Strong knowledge of quantity take\-off, BOQ preparation, and cost estimation practices. * Proficiency in MS Excel and QS\-related software (e.g., CostX, PlanSwift, or similar). * Strong numerical, analytical, and problem\-solving skills. * Good communication and teamwork abilities with attention to accuracy and detail. * Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and GCC market practices will be an added advantage.
