**Employer / Project:** SIV WLL **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Saturday to Thursday (6 days a week) **Location:** Al Janabiyah , Bahrain **Reporting to:** Interior Designer **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee daily site operations and installation works for the final 9\-12 months of the project. * Coordinate and manage communication between architect, contractor, interior designer, suppliers, and subcontractors. * Supervise installation of finishes, joinery, furniture, lighting, and equipment to ensure design intent and quality standards are met. * Monitor project schedule, track progress, and prepare daily/weekly reports * Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and timelines. * Conduct quality control checks and resolve site issues in coordination with design/technical teams. * Support in reviewing shop drawings, material samples, and mock\-ups. * Coordinate deliveries, site access, and installation sequencing. * Enforce site health, safety, and housekeeping standards. **Qualifications** Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Civil Engineering (with interior/fit\-out experience). **Experience** 1–3 years of relevant experience in site supervision / interior fit\-out project coordination. Previous exposure to high\-end residential or hospitality projects preferred. **Skills** Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook). Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage priorities under pressure. Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage). Job Type: Full\-time Pay: BD500\.000 \- BD800\.000 per month
