Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills **Job Description** We are seeking a reliable **Fleet Supervisor** to oversee the daily operations of the company’s vehicle fleet. The ideal candidate will ensure vehicles are well\-maintained, drivers comply with safety regulations, and transportation activities are completed efficiently and cost\-effectively. **Responsibilities** * Supervise daily fleet operations and vehicle utilization. * Coordinate vehicle maintenance, inspections, and repairs. * Monitor driver schedules, performance, and compliance with company policies. * Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards. * Track fuel usage, vehicle expenses, and maintenance records. * Investigate and resolve vehicle or transportation issues. * Prepare fleet performance reports and recommend cost\-saving initiatives. * Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and other departments to support operational needs. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. * Previous experience in fleet management, transportation, or logistics, including supervisory experience. * Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. * Knowledge of fleet maintenance, vehicle safety regulations, and transportation operations. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fleet management or ERP systems. * Excellent problem\-solving and decision\-making abilities. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment.
