**Job Overview:** Jet Pump Field Supervisor – Artificial Lift oversees field operations related to artificial lift systems, ensuring safe, efficient, and high\-quality service delivery. This role involves supervising field specialists and technicians, coordinating with clients, and ensuring compliance with operational standards and safety protocols. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of artificial lift systems (e.g., Hydraulic lift Jet Pump, rod pumps, PCPs). * Ensure all field activities are executed according to company procedures and client specifications. * Lead and mentor field crews, providing technical guidance and performance feedback. * Schedule and allocate resources effectively to meet project timelines. * Act as the primary field contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and customer satisfaction. * Address client concerns and provide technical recommendations. * Enforce safety standards and ensure all operations comply with HSE regulations. * Conduct safety briefings and audits regularly. * Monitor service quality and ensure adherence to operational standards. * Review and approve field reports, job logs, and performance metrics. * Prepare detailed reports on job performance, equipment usage, and personnel activities. * Maintain accurate records for audits and operational reviews. **Skills:** * Strong technical knowledge of artificial lift systems. * Proven leadership and supervisory experience in oilfield operations. * Excellent problem\-solving and decision\-making skills. * Ability to work under pressure in remote and challenging environments. * Familiarity with industry safety standards and protocols **.** * Basic knowledge of Microsoft office applications. **Qualifications:** * Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Petroleum Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in artificial lift operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. * Hands\-on experience with Hydraulic lift Jet Pump, rod pumps, PCPs. * Valid certifications in HSE, leadership, and equipment handling (preferred).
