




**Job Overview:** Jet Pump Field Specialist – Artificial Lift is responsible for executing field operations related to artificial lift systems during production phases. This includes installing, maintaining, and optimizing lift equipment to support efficient well performance and production startup. **Responsibilities:** * Deploy artificial lift systems (Jet Pump) during or immediately after drilling operations. * Ensure proper integration with well completion equipment and surface systems. * Collaborate with drilling and completion teams to align artificial lift deployment with well plans. * Provide on\-site technical expertise during rig\-up, testing, and troubleshooting. * Perform diagnostics and repairs on artificial lift equipment in the field. * Respond to equipment failures or performance issues. * Monitor well performance data to adjust lift parameters for optimal flow and pressure. * Recommend improvements to enhance lift efficiency and reduce downtime. * Follow strict HSE protocols during all field activities. * Participate in safety meetings and ensure equipment is operated safely. * Maintain accurate records of installations, interventions, and performance metrics. * Submit detailed job reports and feedback to engineering and operations teams. **Skills:** * Technical knowledge of artificial lift systems (Hydraulic lift Jet Pump). * Experience working on rigs or well sites in oilfield environments. * Strong problem\-solving and mechanical skills. * Ability to work in remote locations and under pressure. * Familiarity with safety standards and operational procedures. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft office applications. **Qualifications:** * Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Petroleum Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in artificial lift operations or oilfield services. * Hands\-on experience with Hydraulic lift Jet Pump, rod pumps, PCPs. * Valid certifications in HSE, rig operations, and equipment handling (preferred).
