





**About the Role** We are seeking a highly skilled and detail\-oriented **Senior Accountant** to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company’s accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and supporting management in strategic financial decisions. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards. * Manage general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and journal postings. * Review and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness. * Handle accounts payable and receivable, payroll entries, and accruals. * Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts. * Liaise with external auditors, banks, and other stakeholders. * Ensure compliance with local tax laws, regulations, and internal policies. * Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accounting staff. **Requirements** * Nationality: **Bahraini Only.** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. * Minimum **3years of relevant accounting experience**. * Strong knowledge of IFRS and local accounting regulations. * Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., ERP systems, QuickBooks, SAP). * Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. * High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines. * Able to join immediately or within one month.
