##### **ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:** * Bachelor Degree in Accounting or it’s equivalent * At least 5 years experience in Big 4 (EY, KPMG, Deloitte, PWC) or 10 years experience in similar field ##### **DESIRED CRITERIA:** * ACCA, CPA, or Masters Degree in Accounting * Statutory Financial Reporting Skills * Management Accounts skills * IFRS knowledge * ERP reporting skills * Identification of strengths and weaknesses * Leadership skills * Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and modeling * Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities. * Experience in risk assessment and management, including identifying financial risks and implementing controls. * Experience in coordinating audits and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
