




Summary: Supervise and implement Quality Assurance and Quality Control systems in construction, ensuring compliance with standards and resolving quality issues efficiently. Highlights: 1. Coordinate with project teams to resolve quality issues efficiently **Key Responsibilities** Implement and supervise Quality Assurance and Quality Control systems on behalf of the Client/Developer Ensure all construction works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and project standards Review and approve contractors’ Quality Plans, Method Statements, ITPs, and material submittals Conduct routine site inspections and quality surveillance to verify compliance and workmanship standards Raise Non\-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and monitor corrective and preventive actions until closure Witness inspections, factory visits, material testing, and site tests as required Verify laboratory reports, material certifications, and compliance documents Maintain quality documentation including inspection reports, test records, and quality logs Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams to resolve quality issues efficiently Monitor finishing works and ensure proper execution prior to consultant/client inspections Track and follow up on snags and punch list items to ensure timely rectification Support project handover by reviewing as\-built drawings, O\&M manuals, warranties, and completion documents Ensure site housekeeping meets quality and inspection readiness standards Report subcontractor quality performance to the Client/Project Management team **Requirements** Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related discipline Minimum 5 years of experience in construction QA/QC, preferably in client\-side or consultancy roles Strong knowledge of construction standards, technical specifications, and QA/QC procedures Familiarity with international standards such as BS, ASTM, ISO, and local authority requirements Experience in handling inspections, testing coordination, and documentation control Strong reporting, communication, and coordination skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent
