Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams Key Responsibilities * Manage and supervise the execution of Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) activities on behalf of the Client/Developer throughout the project lifecycle. * Verify that all construction works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, contractual requirements, and relevant codes and standards. * Review, assess, and endorse contractor submissions including Quality Plans, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and Material Approval Requests. * Perform routine site inspections, quality surveillance, and internal audits to ensure compliance with required workmanship standards. * Ensure effective implementation of approved QA/QC procedures by main contractors and subcontractors across all work areas. * Identify non\-conformities, issue NCRs, and monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive actions within agreed timeframes. * Coordinate closely with consultants, contractors, and client representatives to address and resolve quality\-related matters. * Witness inspections, testing activities, mock\-ups, and site trials in line with approved ITPs and project specifications. * Review laboratory test reports, material certifications, and compliance documents to confirm adherence to project requirements. * Monitor material handling processes including delivery, inspection, storage, approval, and traceability. * Maintain comprehensive quality documentation such as inspection records, test results, NCR registers, and project handover files. * Oversee workmanship quality across all disciplines including civil, architectural, finishing works, and MEP coordination where applicable. * Assist in the preparation, review, and verification of as\-built drawings, operation \& maintenance manuals, and final handover documents. * Conduct quality awareness briefings and toolbox talks focused on workmanship standards and project quality objectives. * Ensure proper site housekeeping and verify readiness of completed works prior to client or authority inspections. * Coordinate with site teams to track, rectify, and close snag lists and punch points within agreed schedules. * Liaise with regulatory authorities, consultants, and third\-party testing laboratories as required. * Monitor subcontractor quality performance and provide regular reports to the Client and Project Management team. Requirements * Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a relevant technical discipline. * At least 5 years of hands\-on experience in construction QA/QC, preferably in a client\-side, consultancy, or PMC role. * Strong understanding of construction specifications, quality management systems, and inspection procedures. * Familiarity with local authority regulations and internationally recognized standards such as BS, ASTM, and ISO. * Excellent skills in reporting, documentation, coordination, and communication. * Proven ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary project teams, consultants, and contractors.
