




Summary: Manage and coordinate all Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities across the full project lifecycle, ensuring construction works comply with standards and specifications. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and key stakeholders Responsibilities * Act on behalf of the Client/Developer in managing and coordinating all Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities across the full project lifecycle. * Ensure construction works are executed in compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, contract requirements, and applicable codes and standards. * Review and assess contractor quality submissions including Quality Plans, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and material approval documents. * Perform routine site inspections, quality surveillance, and internal reviews to verify workmanship meets approved quality benchmarks. * Enforce consistent implementation of approved QA/QC procedures by main contractors and subcontractors across all site operations. * Identify quality non\-compliances, issue Non\-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and monitor corrective and preventive actions until satisfactory closure. * Coordinate closely with consultants, contractors, and client representatives to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence. * Attend and witness inspections, testing activities, mock\-ups, and trial works in accordance with approved ITPs and technical requirements. * Review laboratory test results, material certificates, and compliance records to confirm adherence to project specifications. * Monitor material control processes including delivery inspections, storage conditions, approvals, and traceability systems. * Maintain accurate and complete quality documentation such as inspection records, test reports, NCR registers, and handover dossiers. * Monitor quality of workmanship for civil, architectural, finishing, and MEP interface works, as applicable to the project scope. * Support the preparation, verification, and acceptance of as\-built drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, and final completion documentation. * Conduct quality awareness sessions and toolbox talks to reinforce workmanship standards and project quality objectives. * Ensure effective housekeeping standards and confirm readiness of completed works prior to client, consultant, or authority inspections. * Coordinate with site teams to track, rectify, and close snags and punch\-list items within agreed timelines. * Liaise with regulatory authorities, consultants, and third\-party testing laboratories as required. * Assess subcontractor quality performance and submit periodic quality status reports to the Client and Project Management team. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related technical discipline. * Minimum of five (5\) years of hands\-on experience in construction QA/QC, preferably within a client\-side, consultancy, or PMC environment. * Strong understanding of construction specifications, quality management systems, inspection techniques, and document control procedures. * Working knowledge of local authority requirements and international standards such as BS, ASTM, and ISO. * Excellent capabilities in reporting, coordination, documentation, and professional communication. * Proven ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors, and key project stakeholders.
