Review, evaluate, and approve contractor quality submissions. **Key Responsibilities** Oversee and supervise the implementation of Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) functions on behalf of the Client/Developer throughout all project phases. Confirm that construction activities are executed in compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, contractual obligations, and applicable codes and standards. Review, evaluate, and approve contractor submissions including Quality Management Plans, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and Material Submittals. Carry out regular site inspections, quality monitoring, and internal audits to verify adherence to required workmanship standards. Ensure consistent application of approved QA/QC procedures by main contractors and subcontractors across all work fronts. Detect quality deviations, raise Non\-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and track corrective and preventive measures within agreed timelines. Coordinate closely with consultants, contractors, and client representatives to resolve quality\-related issues and observations. Witness inspections, testing works, mock\-ups, and trial installations in accordance with approved ITPs and project specifications. Review laboratory test results, material certificates, and compliance documentation to confirm conformity with project requirements. Monitor material management activities including delivery inspections, storage conditions, approvals, and traceability controls. Maintain complete and accurate quality records such as inspection reports, test results, NCR logs, and handover documentation. Monitor workmanship quality across all disciplines including civil, architectural, finishing trades, and MEP interfaces where applicable. Support the preparation, review, and verification of as\-built drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, and final handover packages. Conduct quality awareness sessions and toolbox talks focused on workmanship expectations and project quality objectives. Ensure proper site housekeeping and verify the readiness of completed works prior to client, consultant, or authority inspections. Coordinate with site teams to monitor, rectify, and close snags and punch list items within agreed timelines. Liaise with regulatory authorities, consultants, and third\-party testing laboratories as required by the project. Monitor subcontractor quality performance and submit regular quality reports to the Client and Project Management team. **Requirements** Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related technical field. Minimum of five (5\) years of practical experience in construction QA/QC, preferably in a client\-side, consultancy, or PMC environment. Strong knowledge of construction specifications, quality management systems, inspection protocols, and documentation control. Familiarity with local authority requirements and internationally recognized standards such as BS, ASTM, and ISO. Excellent reporting, documentation, coordination, and communication skills.
