We are looking for a detail\-oriented and experienced **Quantity Surveyor** to join our construction team in **Bahrain**. The ideal candidate will have solid **GCC experience in high\-rise construction projects** and a proven ability to manage project costs, contracts, and budgets effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare and review **BOQs**, cost estimates, and tender documents * Monitor **project budgets**, progress claims, and payment certifications * Conduct **quantity take\-offs** from drawings and specifications * Evaluate **subcontractor quotations** and prepare comparison reports * Support **contract negotiations** and procurement processes * Track **material usage**, cost variations, and recommend corrective actions * Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and finance teams * Prepare and submit **monthly cost and progress reports** **Requirements:** * Minimum **5–8 years of experience** as a Quantity Surveyor * Must have **GCC experience in high\-rise building projects** * Bachelor’s Degree in **Quantity Surveying**, **Civil Engineering**, or related field * Strong knowledge of **cost control, construction contracts, and project budgeting** * Proficient in **AutoCAD, MS Excel, and Quantity Surveying software (e.g., CCS, CostX)** * Familiarity with **FIDIC** and local construction regulations * Must have GCC experience Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent
