The ideal candidate will ensure system reliability, maintain security standards, and provide technical support to users. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage and maintain servers, workstations, and network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls) * Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues * Configure and support network printers and peripherals * Administer email platforms (Microsoft 365, Exchange, Gmail, etc.) and perform email migrations * Provide Level 1 \& Level 2 IT support to users * Manage Active Directory, user access, and security policies * Perform system backups and support disaster recovery readiness **Requirements** * Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role * Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) * Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 * Hands\-on printer troubleshooting experience * Strong problem\-solving and communication skills **Preferred** * Certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, CCNA or equivalent * Experience with cloud platforms, virtualization, and monitoring tools Apply now and join a dynamic team focused on maintaining secure and reliable IT operations.
