**Key Responsibilities: Painting Work:** * Perform **interior and exterior painting** using brush, roller, and spray methods. * Apply **primer, putty, base coat, and top coat** as required. * Match colors and mix paints to required shades and textures. **Scraping \& Surface Preparation:** * Scrape old paint, remove loose plaster, and prepare surfaces for repainting. * Fill cracks, holes, and uneven surfaces with filler, putty, or skim coat. * Sand surfaces to ensure smooth and clean finish before painting. **Finishing \& Maintenance:** * Execute **touch\-up work**, polishing, and final coat finishing. * Apply **waterproofing**, anti\-corrosion, and protective coatings where required. * Repair damaged walls, small cracks, and paint defects. **Safety \& Cleanliness:** * Use painting tools safely and maintain them properly. * Protect floors, furniture, and equipment by covering surfaces. * Clean the work area after completing tasks. **Qualifications \& Requirements:** * Minimum **3–5 years** experience in painting, scraping, and finishing works. * Knowledge of **surface preparation, putty work, sanding, and color matching**. * Ability to handle interior \& exterior painting projects. * Physically fit and able to work in hot environments. * Ability to work independently or with a team.
