





**Job Description** Assist in the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and tender documents in accordance with project specifications and drawings. Perform quantity take\-offs for Civil, Structural, Architectural, and MEP works under the guidance of senior QS staff. Support in evaluating subcontractor quotations and preparing cost comparison sheets for review and approval. Assist in preparing interim valuations, progress payment applications, and variation submissions. Track and record material usage, labor productivity, and site progress to support cost control and reporting. Maintain updated cost data, measurement sheets, and procurement records in coordination with project and site teams. Assist in contract administration, including documentation of variations, claims, and correspondence. Support senior QS and project managers in budget monitoring, forecasting, and cost analysis activities. Ensure all quantity surveying work complies with company policies, contract conditions, and industry standards. Participate in value engineering exercises and provide input to improve project cost efficiency. **Qualifications \& Skills:** Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline. 2\-3 years of experience in quantity surveying or cost estimation (preferably in GCC construction projects). Basic knowledge of BOQ preparation, tendering, and cost control processes. Proficient in MS Excel and AutoCAD; knowledge of CostX or PlanSwift is an advantage. Strong analytical, numerical, and measurement skills. Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational ability. Effective communication and teamwork skills with a willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment. Knowledge of standard methods of measurement (SMM7, CESMM, or POMI) and basic understanding of FIDIC contracts is preferred. Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent
