**Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare and manage **Bills of Quantities (BOQs)**, **cost estimates**, and **budget reports** in accordance with project specifications and industry standards. * Conduct **accurate quantity take\-offs** and cost analysis for **Civil, Structural, Architectural, and MEP** works. * Oversee the **tendering and bidding process**, including preparation of tender documents, pricing, and contract evaluations. * Assess **subcontractor quotations**, prepare **cost comparisons**, and support **negotiation and award recommendations.** * Administer **contracts**, including variations, claims, and change orders, ensuring compliance with **FIDIC** and contractual obligations. * Monitor **project budgets**, track expenditures, and provide timely **cash flow forecasts** and **cost control reports.** * Prepare and review **interim valuations**, **payment certificates**, and **final account settlements.** * Collaborate with **engineering, procurement, and planning teams** to maintain alignment between financial and operational targets. * Support **value engineering initiatives** and provide **cost optimization recommendations** to enhance project profitability. * Maintain accurate project documentation, cost records, and correspondence related to commercial matters. **Qualifications \& Requirements:** * **Bachelor’s Degree** in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline. * **8–12 years of relevant experience** in building or infrastructure projects, with at least **5 years in the GCC.** * Strong technical expertise in **cost estimation, tendering, contract administration,** and **value engineering.** * Proficiency in **AutoCAD, CostX, PlanSwift, Bluebeam,** and **MS Excel.** * Comprehensive knowledge of **FIDIC contracts**, local construction practices, and **GCC market pricing trends.** * Excellent **analytical, negotiation, and communication** skills with strong commercial acumen. * Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * **GCC experience** and a **valid driving license** are highly preferred.
