**Responsibilities:** * Properly store and dispose of food . * Ensure health and sanitation standards are in compliance with regulations. * help team in preparing dishes to recipe, garnishing and plating of dishes. * Assist in training new kitchen staff team members. * Help cleaning and organizing in the kitchen. **Requirements:** * Knowledge of kitchen equipment . * Experience with food preparation including cooking and plating meals. * The ability to work a full shift, come to work on time and work overtime as needed. * Express compassion for residents, staff and guests on a consistent basis. * Prefer past experience knowledge of Japanese food ( sushi, fried rice,...) , a quick learner and a hard worker. * Ability to communicate and listen and execute effectively. * Preferable staying in Busaiteen or Near by.
