**Job Title: Software Developers (Flutter / React / .NET)** **Project:** Digital Platform Enhancement **Engagement Type:** Outsourced / Contract\-Based **Duration:** Project\-based (with potential extension) **Location:** Bahrain **About the Project** We are currently working on enhancing our digital platform that offers a range of financial and customer services. To accelerate development and maintain the highest quality standards, we are looking for **two to three experienced developers** with strong technical skills and proven experience in modern development technologies. **Scope of Work** The selected outsourced resources will: * Collaborate with our internal team to enhance and expand platform functionalities. * Develop high\-quality, maintainable code following best practices. * Integrate and optimize mobile, web, and backend components for seamless operation. * Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and documentation. * Ensure application performance, scalability, and security across all platforms. **Required Technical Expertise** We are seeking experts with experience in one or more of the following technologies: * **Flutter** – Cross\-platform mobile app development (Android \& iOS) * **React** – Web and frontend interface development * **.NET** – Backend and API development (C\#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework) **Requirements** * Minimum 2 years of relevant hands\-on experience. * Proven track record in delivering mobile and web applications. * Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and integration between front\-end and back\-end systems. * Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure / AWS) is a plus. * Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines. * Availability for regular progress updates and coordination with the in\-house team. **Deliverables** * Functional and tested modules as per project specifications. * Technical documentation for all developed components. * Ongoing support during integration and testing phases.
