We are looking for an IT assistant (male) that can join our team. This role includes maintaining IT infrastructure, assisting staff with hardware and software issues, and working in the production area to monitor and troubleshoot computer\-connected machines. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide first\-level technical support to employees (hardware, software, network issues). * Maintain and update IT systems, printers, and other equipment. * Support the setup, configuration, and maintenance of production machines linked to the network. * Monitor machine performance and coordinate with production staff to resolve issues. * Assist with system backups, updates, and data security measures. * Collaborate with the IT Manager and production team on technology improvements. **Qualifications:** * Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. * 1–2 years of experience in an IT support or technician role (manufacturing experience is an asset). * Basic knowledge of networking, Windows operating systems, and hardware troubleshooting. * Ability to work in both office and production environments. * Strong problem\-solving and communication skills.
