**Key Responsibilities:** * Lead, plan, and coordinate day\-to\-day project execution across **Civil, Structural, Architectural, and MEP works**. * Review and validate **design drawings, technical submittals, and shop drawings** to ensure compliance with project specifications. * Monitor and control **project schedules, progress, manpower, and resource allocation**. * Coordinate with **clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams** to ensure smooth project delivery. * Oversee **site supervision**, ensuring all construction activities meet quality, safety, and environmental standards. * Identify and resolve **technical, coordination, and scheduling issues** in collaboration with the project team. * Prepare and review **progress reports, inspection requests, and project documentation**. * Support the **Project Manager** in managing cost control, variations, and technical correspondences. * Ensure all activities comply with **QA/QC procedures** and **HSE regulations**. * Contribute to project planning, forecasting, and risk assessment to ensure timely completion and client satisfaction. **Qualifications \& Skills:** * **Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.** * **8\-10 years of experience** in project execution and site management (GCC experience preferred). * Proven track record in **managing large\-scale or complex construction projects.** * Proficient in **AutoCAD, MS Office**, and familiar with **Primavera P6 or MS Project**. * Strong understanding of **construction processes, codes, and industry standards.** * Excellent **leadership, coordination, and problem\-solving** abilities. * Effective communication and interpersonal skills to manage teams and stakeholders. * **Valid GCC driving license** is an advantage.
