





**Key Responsibilities:** * Perform inspection, maintenance, and repair of hydraulic systems on construction equipment such as excavators, cranes, loaders, pumps, and compressors. * Diagnose hydraulic faults using pressure gauges, flow meters, and other testing tools to identify leaks, worn components, or performance issues. * Repair or replace defective hydraulic pumps, cylinders, motors, valves, hoses, and fittings. * Dismantle and reassemble hydraulic units, ensuring all components are cleaned, tested, and aligned as per manufacturer specifications. * Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan. * Read and interpret hydraulic circuit diagrams, equipment manuals, and technical drawings. * Ensure all hydraulic repairs and services comply with safety and quality standards. * Maintain accurate service records, parts usage logs, and maintenance reports. * Coordinate with the maintenance and operations teams to schedule repairs efficiently and reduce equipment downtime. * Support in training operators and technicians on proper handling and care of hydraulic systems. **Qualifications \& Skills:** * Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical / Hydraulic Engineering or a related field. * Minimum **5\-7 years of experience** in hydraulic maintenance and repair (preferably in the **construction or heavy equipment industry**). * Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, components, and troubleshooting procedures. * Proficient in using hydraulic testing tools and diagnostic equipment. * Ability to read and interpret hydraulic and mechanical schematics. * Good mechanical aptitude and problem\-solving skills. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. * Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast\-paced site environment. * Basic knowledge of welding, fabrication, and preventive maintenance practices is an added advantage.
