**Job Description:** * Prepare detailed quantity take\-offs from drawings and specifications. * Develop accurate cost estimates and project budgets. * Monitor and control project costs throughout the construction phase. * Manage and reconcile variations and claims. * Prepare interim and final valuations. * Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors. * Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations. * Process and evaluate change orders, ensuring accurate cost implications. * Calculate material quantities required for various construction phases. * Monitor project progress and measure work completed against the program. **Qualification \& Experience:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying. * Proven 2\-3 years’ experience in civil engineering projects. * Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and materials. * Proficiency in quantity surveying software (e.g., WinQS, CCS, etc.). * Excellent analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent
