Role Overview We are seeking a skilled **Technical Project Supervisor** to oversee IT projects, manage technical teams, and ensure successful project delivery. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and expertise in IT project management. Key Responsibilities * **Project oversight**: Supervise IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. * **Team leadership**: Manage technical staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance. * **Client communication**: Liaise with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction. * **Risk management**: Identify potential issues and implement mitigation strategies. * **Documentation**: Maintain accurate project records, reports, and technical documentation. * **Compliance \& standards**: Ensure adherence to IT policies, industry standards, and security protocols. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. * Minimum 4–6 years of experience in IT project supervision or management. * Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile preferred). * Excellent communication and leadership skills. * Ability to multitask and manage complex projects under pressure.
