




**Key Responsibilities:** * Handle purchasing of construction materials, tools, and equipment * Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes * Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and site engineers * Maintain procurement records and stock registers * Track material deliveries and ensure timely supply to project sites * Negotiate prices and terms with vendors to ensure cost efficiency * Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures * Provide administrative support to the project and accounts teams **Requirements:** * Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field * Minimum **2\-4 years** experience in purchasing or procurement (construction background preferred) * Knowledge of construction materials and local suppliers * Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems * Strong organizational and communication skills * Ability to multitask and work under pressure Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Work Location: In person
