





We are seeking a **skilled and experienced Accounts Manager** to oversee the financial operations of our ConstructionDivision. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting expertise in **service\-based industries** such as maintenance, construction, or facility management, with a deep understanding of **budgeting, cost control, and client billing**. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage daily accounting operations and financial reporting for the maintenance division * Monitor budgets, job costing, and service contract profitability * Handle client billing, invoicing, collections, and accounts reconciliation * Prepare financial statements, forecasts, and variance analyses * Ensure compliance with **Bahraini tax, VAT, and financial regulations** * Coordinate with internal departments for accurate tracking of project and contract costs * Liaise with external auditors, banks, and suppliers * Support management with financial data for decision\-making **Requirements \& Qualifications:** * **8–10 years** of accounting experience, preferably in **maintenance, construction, or FM sectors.** * **Must be ACCA qualified** * Strong knowledge of **job costing, service billing, and cost allocation** * **Bachelor’s Degree** in Accounting, Finance, or related field * Proficient in accounting software such as **Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems** * Familiar with **GCC VAT regulations** and Bahraini financial laws * Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills * High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent
