The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, proven leadership capabilities, and a commitment to delivering high\-quality audit services in a demanding and dynamic professional environment. Key Responsibilities: Plan, manage, and supervise the execution of audit engagements from start to finish. Review working papers, financial statements, and audit reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to junior and senior audit staff**.** Maintain strong client relationships and serve as a primary point of contact for audit\-related matters. Identify and resolve audit issues, offering practical solutions where applicable. Ensure engagement deliverables are completed on time and within budget. Stay informed of changes in accounting and auditing standards and apply them effectively Requirements:\-Minimum of 5 years of post\-qualification experience in audit or assurance\-Holder of a professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or CA\-Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field\-Excellent command of English (written and spoken); Arabic is an added advantage\-Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues\-Strong leadership, organisational, and analytical skills \-Ability to work independently and under pressure, managing multiple priorities and deadlines\-Good interpersonal , project management and report writing skills RSM Bahrain is looking to hire a highly motivated and experienced Senior \#Audit Associate to join our external audit team. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, effective communication skills, and a proactive attitude to manage audit assignments from planning through to completion. Key Responsibilities:\- Lead and execute audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries. Supervise and mentor junior team members, ensuring quality and adherence to audit methodology. Review financial statements and reports in compliance with relevant accounting and auditing standards. Liaise with clients to resolve audit\-related issues and deliver high\-quality service. Ensure timely completion of audit engagements within set deadlines.
