We are proud to be a multi great place to work award winner. **Job Description** We are looking for a Head of Local Shops to join our team and be part of our growth. If you’re a team leader who is hungry for a new adventure, a multinational workplace is waiting for you. As the Head of Local Shops, you will be responsible for the success of talabat in your country, create work\- class experience for customers, defining the operating procedures and KPIs. * Strategy: Your mission will be to define strategic priorities, develop roadmaps, and make financial decisions * Execution: You will participate in the development of the commercial strategy, operations and growth of the vertical * Process Optimization and Management: You will have the opportunity to create and improve processes, for example managing partnerships to contribute to growth. * You will work in close collaboration with the regional NFV, product, operations and marketing teams to implement new products and processes. * Reconcile locals’ needs and technical capabilities to optimize our business performance * Lead cross\-functional team alignment to make our internal and external operations more efficient and scalable * You will own the definition of KPIs and sales targets and drive operations to meet goals * Constantly monitor fulfillment processes and recommend improvements to increase productivity and drive total revenue * Understand the needs of stakeholders with competing priorities, while delivering solutions that satisfy both mutually * Set a clear mission for your team and deploy strategies focused to meet these goals. * Taking the company’s vision and interpreting this to the local market, ensuring we’re constantly evolving, innovating, and prioritizing the right projects to meet business needs. * Collaborating with the product, regional departments – working with all the supporting departments to ensure your market has their needs catered for, and are coordinated with upcoming changes to product, processes, and strategy. **Qualifications*** You have at least 7 years of experience in relevant role * You have significant experience in management and project management and you know how to define a strategy at a local level * You feel comfortable in a rapidly changing environment. * You are able to make decisions with through analysis * You are able to move quickly from long\-term thinking to immediate action. * You are very adaptable to change and have the ability to execute quickly. * You have excellent interpersonal skills and are able to collaborate with a variety of interlocutors, both internal and external * You work in full autonomy and also collaborate with stakeholders, you are curious and eager to learn more about all aspects of Talabat and its industry to acquire skills and knowledge very quickly and become a field expert.
