**PowerBI Expert** **Type**: Freelance \| Project\-Based **Location**: Bahrain (Middle East) **Availability**: Immediate **About the Role:** AM Consulting is seeking a skilled and experienced *Power BI Expert* to join our team on a project\-based assignment in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in *data analytics, business intelligence, and visualization,* with proven experience in building and managing Power BI solutions that drive strategic decision\-making. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports for business stakeholders. * Integrate and model data from multiple data sources to create unified datasets. Design and implement efficient data models and schemas to support analytical requirements. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to gather, understand, and translate business requirements into BI solutions. * Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across reports and dashboards. * Apply SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and DDLC (Data Development Life Cycle) methodologies for structured BI development and delivery. Requirements: * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technology, Computer Applications, or related field (B.Tech / M.Tech / BCA / MCA). * Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence. * Proven expertise in Microsoft Power BI and SQL. * Strong proficiency in data modeling, DAX functions, and Excel. * Excellent analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills. * Basic understanding of IT operations, including software setup, troubleshooting, and networking. * Prior experience working with Finance and Audit teams will be an added advantage. **About AM Consulting** AM Consulting is a leading business advisory and consulting firm supporting enterprises across the GCC with strategic, operational, and technology\-driven solutions.
