Then come to our "Insanely Customer Centric" Team and become a Certified International Specialist! **Overall Role Purpose** Lead and modernize end\-user services, digital workplace platforms, and cloud hosting operations across 19 MENA countries supporting 6,000\+ users. Deliver secure identity services, automation\-driven IT operations, and resilient cloud/on\-prem hosting. Drive continuous improvement, financial efficiency, and strong alignment with global IT standards. **Your Tasks:** **Digital Workplace \& End\-User Service:** * Own end\-to\-end end\-user services delivery across MENA. * Manage Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure AD, devices, collaboration tools, and access services. * Enable zero\-touch provisioning and automation to reduce support demand. * Deliver digital employee experience and self\-service capabilities. * Monitor and improve endpoint health, adoption, and productivity metrics. **Application Hosting \& Cloud Operations:** * Oversee server estate across private cloud, VMware, and Azure. * Manage build/run lifecycle, patching, upgrades, DR, backup standards. * Standardize application hosting, security baselines, and performance KPIs. * Support migration to cloud and modernization initiatives. * Maintain CMDB accuracy and infrastructure lifecycle planning. **Service Operations \& Reliability:** * Drive ITIL v4 service management practices. * Improve MTTR, SLA performance, and proactive monitoring. * Implement experience\-based SLAs and service analytics. * Manage audits, compliance checks, and configuration standards. **Cybersecurity \& Compliance:** * Enforce identity security, MFA, conditional access, zero\-trust policies. * Support compliance for data privacy and regulated jurisdictions. * Partner with security teams on risk mitigation and incident response. **Cost Optimization \& FinOps:** * Lead cost control and budget optimization for workplace and hosting services. * Manage licensing, assets, cloud consumption, and vendor contracts. * Run continuous TCO reduction and capacity optimization programs. **Leadership \& Stakeholder Management:** * Partner with country IT teams and global IT functions. * Manage strategic vendors and service providers. * Build skills in automation, scripting, cloud, and experience analytics. **Your Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field * 12\+ years in IT infrastructure/workplace roles * 5\+ years managing end\-user services and cloud platforms in multinational environments * Deep expertise in Microsoft technologies (M365, Azure, Windows Server/Client, Identity management \& Directory Services). * Strong proficiency in VMware virtualization, cloud orchestration (private/public), and ITIL v4 best practices. * Financial expertise in budget forecasting, vendor ROI analysis, and CAPEX/OPEX optimization. * Proven success in designing cloud\-first strategies that minimize downtime and ensure compliance with GDPR, ISO 27001, and industry standards. * Executive\-level communication translates complex technical issues into clear business value for C\-suite stakeholders. * Conflict resolution navigates cross\-functional priorities to drive innovation while maintaining operational stability. * Strategic decision\-making aligns IT initiatives with business goals to enhance efficiency, security, and scalability. * Crisis management anticipates risks, mitigates disruptions, and ensures business continuity. **Our Offer:** * Strong career support in an international environment. * Great culture and colleagues. * Multifarious benefit program.
