





**Job Summary** The Steel Structure Sales Engineer plays a pivotal role in driving the growth of the steel structures business. This strategic position involves identifying and securing new business opportunities, primarily within the Pre\-Engineered Buildings (PEB) and Hot Rolled Structural Steel sectors. The incumbent will be responsible for fostering strong client relationships, ensuring timely project execution, and delivering exceptional after\-sales support. **Responsibilities:** **Business Development and Sales Operations** * Identify and cultivate strategic business relationships with key decision\-makers in top corporate houses, architectural firms, and consulting companies. * Proactively respond to inquiries and leads generated by the head office, nurturing relationships and advancing sales opportunities. * Articulate product features, technical specifications, and value propositions to prospective clients, effectively converting requirements into tailored solutions. * Negotiate and secure orders, ensuring accurate order processing and timely booking. **Project Sales and Key Account Management** * Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, fostering long\-term partnerships and loyalty. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution, from design to delivery, meeting project timelines and quality standards. * Provide exceptional post\-sales service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance customer satisfaction. **Strategic Alliances and Negotiation** * Develop and maintain strategic alliances with industry partners to expand market reach and enhance value proposition. * Effectively negotiate contracts and pricing terms to maximize profitability while meeting client needs. **New Market Entry** * Conduct market research to identify new growth opportunities and target segments. * Develop and implement strategies to successfully penetrate new markets and expand the business footprint. **Qualifications and Experience:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering * Proven experience in steel structures sales, preferably in Pre\-Engineered Buildings (PEB) or Hot Rolled Structural Steel * Strong understanding of the construction industry and engineering principles * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building lasting client relationships
