##### **ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:** * Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing e\-learning or digital education programs. * Strong knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online education technologies. * Experience in instructional design and adult learning principles. * Master’s degree in educational technology, Information Systems, or a related field (PhD preferred) * Strong leadership and project management skills. * Proficiency in e\-learning platforms (e.g., Moodle, Blackboard, etc.). * Excellent communication and problem\-solving abilities. * Familiarity with accessibility and compliance standards in online education ##### **DESIRED CRITERIA:** * Fluent in English and Arabic * Computer application skills (Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SIS, CRM) * Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to deal effectively with students, faculty, staff, and the general public * Excellent communication skills, including writing, presentation, and public speaking * Ability to multitask, flexibility, and effectiveness as a team member * Excellent organization skills * Ability to demonstrate effectiveness and creative problem solving skills All documentation must be in PDF format and should be sent through the Royal University for Women website https://www.ruw.edu.bh/application\-form Scanning of applications will begin on March 2024 and will continue until the position is filled.
