**Job Overview** Bodyworks is seeking a skilled and experienced Auto Painter to join our team. This full\-time position will be based in Bahrain, India. The Auto Painter will be responsible for preparing and painting vehicles to a high standard, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the company's reputation for quality workmanship. **Responsibilities** \* Prepare vehicles for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming. \* Mix paints to match manufacturer specifications and customer requirements. \* Apply paint using spray guns and other specialised equipment. \* Ensure proper paint coverage and finish quality. \* Inspect finished work for imperfections and make necessary corrections. \* Maintain a clean and organised work area. \* Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures. \* Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow. \* Stay up\-to\-date with the latest painting techniques and technologies. **Qualifications** \* Proven 2\-5 years of experience as an Auto Painter, preferably in a similar environment. \* Strong understanding of paint mixing and application techniques. \* Proficiency in using spray guns and other painting equipment. \* Excellent attention to detail and quality control. \* Ability to work independently and as part of a team. \* Good communication and interpersonal skills. \* Ability to follow instructions and work to deadlines. \* Familiarity with automotive paint systems and products. \* A relevant qualification in auto body repair or painting would be advantageous.
