We specialize in the supply, installation, and service of air conditioning systems, with expertise extending to heating, ventilation, ducting, electrical works, building management systems, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting, among other services. **Duties and Responsibilities:** \- Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems (LV, ELV, lighting, power, earthing, etc.). \- Review IFC drawings and specifications; prepare technical submittals and shop drawings for consultant approval. \- Coordinate and follow up with procurement team on material requests, vendor quotations, and delivery schedules. \- Evaluate supplier quotations and assist in finalizing material and equipment selections based on technical and commercial criteria. \- Assist in preparing BOQs and cost estimates for electrical scope during tendering and execution phases. \- Manage and allocate site manpower efficiently to meet deadlines and productivity targets. \- Coordinate with subcontractors, foremen, and technicians to ensure work is executed as per project plan. \- Monitor material usage and inventory to prevent shortages or overstocking. \- Conduct site inspections and participate in QA/QC and HSE compliance checks. \- Support testing, commissioning, and handover processes with necessary documentation. \- Maintain daily/weekly progress reports and communicate any deviations to project management. \- Ensure compliance with CRPEP regulations and other local authority requirements. \- Perform any other task depending on operational requirements. **Education and Experience Requirements:** \- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. \- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in MEP contracting, with proven experience in site execution and coordination. \- Solid understanding of electrical systems, load calculation, and installation methods. \- Familiarity with procurement processes, vendor evaluation, and estimation techniques. \- CRPEP license is highly desired.
