We specialize in the supply, installation, and service of air conditioning systems, with expertise extending to heating, ventilation, ducting, electrical works, building management systems, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting, among other services. **Duties and Responsibilities:** \- Apply extensive knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems to project execution. \- Utilize knowledge of control panels, including sizing and configuration, to ensure correct implementation and operation. \- Develop software programs and graphical user interfaces (GUIs) for BMS to facilitate system operation and monitoring. \- Integrate HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems into the BMS framework to ensure seamless operation and control. \- Select, supervise, and oversee the installation of field devices such as sensors, ensuring they meet project requirements and industry standards. \- Attend inspections with contractors, consultants, and clients to verify that the BMS installations meet the specified criteria and quality standards. \- Provide technical and engineering support to field teams, particularly in relation to design, to ensure successful project execution. \- Supervise the cable pulling, installation, and termination processes for DDC (Direct Digital Control) and PLC panels. \- Prepare detailed engineering documentation, including Method Statements (MAS), System Architecture diagrams, Control Schematics, General Arrangement drawings, and wiring diagrams for DDC and PLC panels. \- Perform quantity take\-offs, analysis, estimates, and studies to ensure accurate project planning and resource allocation. \- Ensure all project activities are executed efficiently, cost\-effectively, and within the stipulated timelines. \- Facilitate smooth coordination between subcontractors, design teams, and clients to ensure project milestones are achieved and deliverables are met. \- Perform assignments and/ or duties that relate to the field of competence as may be directed from time to time by the department head. **Education and Experience Requirements:** \- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. \- Proven experience in BMS, PLC, and SCADA system execution, as well as strong understanding of HVAC, MEP, and ELV systems. \- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. \- Strong problem\-solving skills and attention to detail. \- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
