





**Location:** Bahrain **Position:** HR Assistant **Employment Type:** Full\-time **About the Role:** We are looking for a motivated and detail\-oriented HR Assistant to support daily human resources operations and ensure smooth coordination between our Saudi and Bahrain offices. The ideal candidate will assist with employee documentation, recruitment processes, and HR administrative tasks. **Key Responsibilities:** * Support HR operations including employee documentation, onboarding, and record management. * Coordinate HR related communication and operations between the Saudi and Bahrain offices. * Assist in recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records. * Prepare HR letters, memos, and reports as required. * Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information. * Support admin activities. * Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed across both locations. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. * Experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar role (Saudi experience preferred but not mandatory). * Strong organizational and communication skills. * Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook). * Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage. **Benefits:** * Competitive salary package * Good working environment * Opportunity for career growth within the organization Job Type: Full\-time
