**Job Description** * Lead and oversee the creation, coordination, and management of Building Information Models (BIM) covering Civil, Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines in accordance with project BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and internal BIM standards. * Develop high\-quality, fully coordinated 3D BIM models enriched with accurate data to support design development, construction sequencing, and facility management requirements. * Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to integrate discipline\-specific models, ensuring effective clash resolution and smooth interdisciplinary coordination. * Perform regular model checks, clash detection, and constructability assessments using Navisworks or equivalent BIM coordination tools. * Produce detailed and coordinated 2D drawings, shop drawings, layouts, sections, schedules, and quantity take\-offs derived directly from BIM models. * Ensure all deliverables meet required Level of Development (LOD), information exchange standards, and project\-specific modeling guidelines. * Work closely with project, engineering, and site teams to incorporate revisions, as\-built updates, and technical changes into the BIM environment. * Create, update, and manage BIM templates, families, and object libraries to maintain standardization, quality, and efficiency across projects. * Support advanced BIM applications, including 4D (time), 5D (cost), and 6D (FM) integrations to enhance project planning, cost control, and facility management processes. * Conduct BIM coordination workshops and present model\-based visualizations to assist in design validation, technical discussions, and client decision\-making. * Maintain proper documentation, version control, and data integrity throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with company and client standards. * Contribute to digital transformation initiatives, including automation, parametric modeling, and integration of emerging BIM technologies and workflows. * Provide technical support, training, and guidance to junior BIM technicians, modelers, and draftsmen to enhance team productivity and modeling accuracy. * Prepare BIM progress reports, clash detection summaries, and coordination outputs for submission to clients, consultants, and project management. **Qualifications \& Skills** * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering. * 1–2 years of hands\-on experience in BIM modeling, engineering coordination, or digital design within the construction industry (GCC experience preferred). * Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD; familiarity with BIM 360, Dynamo, Enscape, or Twinmotion is an advantage. * Solid understanding of BEPs, BIM standards, LOD requirements, and multidisciplinary coordination workflows. * Knowledge of Civil, Architectural, Structural, and MEP design principles and interfacing requirements. * Strong analytical, visualization, and problem\-solving skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders. * Highly detail\-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple deliverables under tight deadlines.
