Coordinate with various teams for smooth project execution Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced **MEP Site Engineer** to oversee and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works on construction projects, including **villas and high\-rise buildings**. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, site supervision experience, and the ability to coordinate MEP services with architectural and structural works. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate daily **MEP site activities**, ensuring installation works are executed according to approved drawings, method statements, specifications, and engineering standards. * Oversee subcontractor workforces and ensure proper manpower allocation and productivity. * Review and interpret **MEP shop drawings, coordination drawings, schematics, single\-line diagrams, and layout plans**. * Coordinate MEP installations with structural and architectural elements to identify and resolve clashes before execution. * Conduct routine site inspections and ensure MEP works meet required **quality and engineering standards**. * Manage site snags, coordinate corrective actions, and follow up until completion. * Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning activities for **HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related MEP systems**. * Cross\-reference dimensions, levels, routes, and layouts against architectural and structural drawings. * Review 3D models and clash\-detection reports to help resolve routing conflicts involving HVAC, piping, electrical, and other MEP services. * Monitor material usage, equipment deployment, and workforce allocation to support project schedules. * Maintain accurate **daily site reports, progress records, labor records, material logs, and equipment deployment records**. * Identify delays, technical issues, site constraints, and coordination problems and report them to the MEP Engineer/Project Management. * Ensure all works comply with applicable **local regulations, safety requirements, permit\-to\-work systems, and international engineering best practices**. * Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with construction site health and safety procedures. * Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and other site teams to ensure smooth project execution. * Assist in achieving project milestones while maintaining required quality, safety, and technical standards. Required Qualifications \& Skills * Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in **Mechanical, Electrical, MEP Engineering, or a related field**. * Comprehensive technical knowledge of **Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing installation, testing, and commissioning procedures**. * Proven experience working on **villa and/or high\-rise building projects**. * Strong ability to read and interpret **MEP drawings, shop drawings, schematics, single\-line diagrams, and coordination drawings**. * Strong understanding of MEP coordination with structural and architectural works. * Experience supervising subcontractors and site installation teams. * Good knowledge of construction methods, QA/QC procedures, and site inspection requirements. * Understanding of local regulatory standards, construction safety codes, and international engineering practices. * Basic familiarity with **3D coordination models and clash\-detection reports**. * Proficiency in **MS Excel** for maintaining material, equipment, manpower, and daily progress records. * Strong communication, coordination, problem\-solving, and site management skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. Preferred Candidate * **Construction experience is a must.** * Experience in **villas and high\-rise buildings** is highly preferred. * Candidates with Bahrain/GCC construction experience will be an advantage. * **Locally available in Bahrain and immediate joiners are preferred.** Work Location: In person
