




To join immediately **a. Project Supervision** * Oversee day\-to\-day site activities for all fit\-out works (interior walls, flooring, ceilings, MEP finishes, carpentry, painting, etc.). * Ensure all tasks are carried out according to project drawings, specifications, and quality standards. * Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and labor teams to ensure smooth workflow. **b. Team Management** * Supervise foremen, skilled and semi\-skilled workers, and laborers on site. * Assign tasks and monitor performance. * Ensure workforce follows proper procedures and maintains productivity. **c. Quality Control** * Inspect ongoing work for compliance with project specifications and quality standards. * Identify and rectify defects or deviations promptly. * Ensure materials are used efficiently and according to specifications. **d. Schedule and Progress Management** * Track daily progress and report to Project Manager or Site Engineer. * Ensure milestones and deadlines are met according to the project schedule. * Assist in planning and allocating resources effectively to avoid delays. **e. Safety and Compliance** * Enforce safety rules and regulations on\-site. * Ensure that all workers use personal protective equipment (PPE). * Conduct safety briefings and report accidents or near\-misses immediately. **f. Coordination and Communication** * Liaise with project management, engineers, and clients regarding work progress and site issues. * Report material shortages, labor requirements, and potential risks. * Maintain proper documentation (daily reports, attendance, progress logs). **g. Cost Control and Resource Management** * Monitor material usage to avoid wastage. * Suggest alternative methods or materials to optimize cost without compromising quality. * Keep track of labor hours and productivity. **2\. Required Skills and Competencies** * Strong knowledge of interior fit\-out works, finishes, MEP coordination, and construction techniques. * Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications. * Leadership and team management skills. * Excellent problem\-solving and decision\-making abilities. * Awareness of safety regulations and standards. * Effective communication skills with management and on\-site staff.
