




**Key Responsibilities** * Manage full\-cycle recruitment for technical and non\-technical roles * Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and local networks * Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers * Schedule interviews and follow up on candidate selection * Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases * Support onboarding and documentation processes * Ensure hiring targets are met within timelines **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field * 2\-3 years of experience in recruitment (industry experience preferred) * Knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and sourcing techniques * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines * Experience in construction industry will be added Advantage. * Must be good in sourcing the CVs from different platforms Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent
