




Responsibilities: Onboarding /Offboarding and Maintenance of users in Active Directory. * Onboarding / Offboarding of users, door access cards and changing the access as per the request from the manager * Configuration and Management of AVAYA IP phone system. * Managing and updating Anti\-Virus * Managing and updating Windows OS and other software * Managing Wireless Connectivity for users and fixing network\-related issues * Manage Shared Folders and Data Integrity and Security. * Renewals of Software licensing. * Installing and supporting VPN software as per the user’s requirements. * Management of SCCM system for Microsoft updates and other third\-party applications updates. * Qualys Vulnerabilities Management * Managing CCTV camera systems * Managing Veritas Backup Exec. Including backups and restore operations. * Daily monitoring of the AWS servers \& On Prem Hyper\-V servers * Proper Communications \& follow\-ups with related government entities such as iGA and NSCS. The required qualifications and experience are detailed below: * Diploma (or higher) degree in Computer Science or any related field. * 3\+ years of experience in level 2 to level 3 support. * Experience in supporting and troubleshooting systems, solutions, Hardware, and networking. * Excellent troubleshooting and problem\-solving skills. * Multitasking capabilities and ability to work under pressure. * Good negotiation and communication skills. **NOTE: THIS POSITION IS OPEN FOR EXPAT AND BAHRAINI NATIONALS** Job Type: Full\-time
