**Key Responsibilities** * Develop, monitor, and update detailed project schedules for all phases of construction, ensuring alignment with project scope, budget, and timelines. Prepare baseline programs, progress updates, recovery schedules, and time\-impact analyses in accordance with contract requirements. * Coordinate with project managers, engineers, procurement, and subcontractors to gather input data and validate progress reports. * Analyze project performance indicators, identify delays, and propose mitigation or acceleration measures to maintain project milestones. * Prepare regular progress reports including earned value analysis, S\-curve updates, and critical path monitoring. * Review and evaluate subcontractor schedules to ensure alignment with the main project schedule and overall objectives. * Support tendering teams by developing preliminary schedules, manpower histograms, and resource plans for bid submissions. * Ensure all planning documents and reports adhere to project and company standards for accuracy and transparency. * Assist in the preparation of extension of time (EOT) claims and delay analysis using appropriate methodologies such as time\-impact or as\-built vs. as\-planned analysis. * Coordinate with cost control and quantity surveying teams to align planning data with budget forecasting and financial reporting. * Participate in project meetings, presenting schedule performance updates, highlighting key risks, and recommending corrective actions. * Maintain planning records, logs, and documentation for internal audits and client reviews. * Support continuous improvement of planning procedures, templates, and project control tools. **Qualifications \& Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. * **Minimum 5–7 years of experience** in project planning and scheduling within the construction industry (**GCC experience preferred**). * Proficient in **Primavera P6**, **MS Project**, and **MS Excel**; familiarity with cost control and project management systems is an advantage. * Strong understanding of project planning principles, critical path analysis, and resource loading techniques. * Experience in both **building** and **infrastructure** projects preferred. * Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills. * Strong communication and coordination abilities across multidisciplinary teams. * Knowledge of contract management, delay analysis, and EOT claims preparation. * Ability to work under pressure and deliver accurate results within tight deadlines. * GCC experience and a **valid driving license** are highly preferred.
