**Job description** About the RoleWe’re looking for a skilled and proactive Web Developer to join our team and manage all web\-related needs. You’ll own the website experience, handling landing pages, performance improvements, A/B tests, SEO fixes, analytics integrations, and marketing automation. **Responsibilities:** * Manage and maintain our current WordPress website * Create, update, and optimize landing pages for campaigns and product features * Implement SEO best practices and fix crawl/indexing issues based on SEO audits * Support A/B testing, tracking pixels, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) * Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure seamless integration * Monitor and improve website performance, load speed, and responsiveness * Integrate third\-party tools (HubSpot, Hotjar, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, etc.) * Troubleshoot and resolve website issues in a timely manner * Collaborate with design, content, and branding teams to build a new, scalable, and high\-performing website * Ensure a mobile\-first, accessible, SEO\-optimized web experience * Manage hosting, deployment, and domain infrastructure if required **Qualifications:** **Must\-Have:** * experience in front\-end or full\-stack web development * Strong experience with WordPress (both CMS and custom development) * Solid grasp of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design * Experience working with SEO tools * Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and CRM tools (like HubSpot) * Experience creating and optimizing marketing landing pages * Ability to work in a fast\-paced, marketing\-driven environment * UI/UX sensitivity and ability to translate Figma or design files into working pages * Knowledge of website performance optimization tools **Soft Skills:** * Detail\-oriented and structured * Fast learner and independent executor * Strong communicator who can work cross\-functionally * Problem solver with a proactive mindset * Open to feedback and iteration **Why Join Penny?** Penny is a fast\-growing B2B SaaS company transforming procurement for organizations globally.
