




**Key Responsibilities** * Implement HSE plans, policies, and procedures on site * Conduct risk assessments, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and toolbox talks * Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations * Conduct safety inspections and audits and report findings * Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses and prepare reports * Ensure proper use of PPE and safe work practices * Provide HSE training and safety inductions to site staff and workers * Maintain HSE records, permits, and documentation * Coordinate with site management to address safety issues * Ensure compliance with local authority and client HSE requirements **Requirements \& Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering or Safety Management * 3–5years of experience as an HSE Engineer in construction projects * NEBOSH IGC or equivalent certification (mandatory) * Knowledge of local HSE regulations and construction safety standards * Experience in building, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
