




**Key Responsibilities:** * Assist in preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs) * Take off quantities from drawings and specifications * Support cost estimation and budgeting for projects * Assist in preparation of interim valuations and final accounts * Monitor project costs and track variations * Prepare material quantity reports and cost comparisons * Coordinate with site engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors * Maintain proper documentation and records **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering * Basic knowledge of construction methods and materials * Ability to read and understand construction drawings * Proficiency in MS Excel and basic measurement software * Good analytical and numerical skills * Strong attention to detail and communication skills Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent
